三十二式太极剑 32 Tai Chi Sword
The 32 Tai Chi Sword form was created by the Chinese Sports Committee in 1957 and is based on Yang style Tai Chi. and the routines from military training.  32 Sword is a weaponary form of Tai Chi practice. The same principles of Tai Chi are used, with the sword being the extension of the body, lengthening the lever, and therefore increasing the difficulty of perfecting each posture.
