古法养身 · 道家拍八虚

“拍八虚”源于古代中医与道家养生智慧,是一套简单而高效的经络调理功法。

所谓“八虚”,即人体八个关键的“气血易滞之处”:两肘窝、两腋窝、两腹股沟、两腘窝。古人认为,五脏之邪气常滞留于此,阻碍经络运行,久而影响身体健康。

通过空心掌有节奏地拍打这八个部位,可唤醒经络、激发气血、驱散淤滞,使身体恢复通畅与平衡。

练习方法:

心肺有邪沉于两肘

👉 空心掌拍肘窝 36下 × 2

肝有邪其气留于两腋

👉 空心掌拍腋窝 36下 × 2

脾有邪沉于两脾(腹股沟)

👉 空心掌拍腹股沟 36下 × 2

肾有邪沉于两腘

👉 空心掌拍腘窝 36下 × 2

此法动作简易,无需器械,却能通过规律拍打产生内在震动,达到通经络、调脏腑、养气血之效。长期坚持练习,可增强体质,改善亚健康状态,是现代人极为实用的养生功法之一。

起源与理论依据:

“拍八虚”的理论最早可追溯至中医经典《黄帝内经》:

“肺心有邪,其气留于两肘;肝有邪,其气留于两腋;脾有邪,其气留于两髀;肾有邪,其气留于两腘。”

“八虚”即指人体八个关节凹陷处,是气血运行的重要通道,也是邪气容易滞留的地方。

这一方法源自古代推拿拍法与导引术,通过有节律的拍打刺激经络穴位,从而达到行气活血、祛邪扶正的作用。

在道家与武当体系中,这类方法被视为**“以动导气”的基础功法**,强调:
