I really liked the Taichi session! I thought it was even better than yoga.
If time permits, I would like to sign up for a proper course. It was good exercise :)

Wudang Basic Fist – Build a Strong Foundation
Every great Tai Chi journey begins with solid roots.
Wudang Basic Fist (武当基本拳) is the essential routine for beginners — it helps to stabilize your steps, coordinate hand and body movements, and lays the groundwork for more advanced forms.
“If your steps are unstable, your fists become chaotic. If your steps are slow, your fists lose power.”
Remember the three alignments of the fist:
Wrists level
Shoulders level
Face level
Your hands move with your body, your steps follow your center.
Strike with structure, and power will come after the form.
