武当拍打功

武当拍打功是一种源自道家内修体系的传统身体锻炼方法。练习时使用特制的沙包,内填豆类或小核桃籽,通过有节奏、柔和而有控制的摆动与拍打身体各个部位。

起源与武当体系中的定位

武当拍打功属于传统武术中“拍打功”“打击功”与气功结合的一类训练方法。

早期武术修炼中,常以装有豆类、米或砂的袋子进行击打训练,用以锻炼筋骨与增强外在抗击能力。

在武当内家体系中,这类训练逐渐融合导引与气功理念,发展为内外兼修的练习方式,不仅重视身体锻炼,更强调气的运行与调和。

此类训练亦与传统“铁砂掌”“铁布衫”等功法有相通之处,但武当更注重柔和渐进、以养为主。
