行步不仅是走路,更是一种在运动中修炼觉知、引导气流、贯通全身的修行方式。

不同于日常行走,太极行步讲求意念引导、步法缓慢、重心分明、内外相合。每一步都需稳中求进,松而不散,使身体始终保持中正、平衡与连贯。

太极行步的起源

太极行步源自太极拳的基础步法训练,是太极发展过程中重要的入门功课之一。

- 早期太极拳修炼中,十分重视步法与重心转换的训练,作为学习整套拳架之前的基础

- 随着发展,这些步法逐渐演化为独立的行步练习,更注重养生、平衡与内在修炼

- 在武当内家功夫中,行步与气机、经络及整体协调紧密结合
