武当九式太极拳

《武当九式太极拳》是2014年武当山特区武术局组织挖整、编创的。

挖整编创工作主要由武汉体育学院武当山国际武术学院杨群力先生完成,他同时也是非物质文化遗产武当武术传承人、中国武术八段、武当太乙五行拳第十八代传承人。

《武当九式太极拳》的创编,主要以《武当三丰原式太极拳》《武当老架太极拳》《武当太乙五行拳》等武当武术典籍为技术依据,以“道”家学说、张三丰丹经理论和传统文化为理论依据。

《武当九式太极拳》是各式传统太极拳的精化,是内练精气神,外练形气质,集养生、技击、悟道于一身的内家拳法。

武当九式太极拳动作分解

预备式

要点:立身中正 体松凝神 虚领顶劲。

起势 - 引气归元

要点:敛臀沉胯 形圆气敛 气沉丹田。。

怀抱阴阳

要点:胯旋阴阳 手抱太极 如环无端。

野马分鬃

要点:以腰为轴 两手弧形 鹏要圆撑。

揽雀尾

要点:圆转灵活 保持弧形 两臂圆撑

要点:不可直抽 分清虚实 捋在掌中。

要点:手臂圆环 身形如弓 挤在手背。

要点:上下随应 整体下沉 按在腰攻。

叶底摘桃

要点:由上向下 直中求曲 採在十指。

玉龙抖鳞

要点:旋转发力 身体为轴 挒在两肱。

道人闩门

要点:辨清虚实 左右逢源 肘在屈使。

推山填海

要点:顺背挤推 周身一体 靠在肩胸。

收势 - 正气长存

要点:由动而静 沉气松体 神意内含。
