武当基本拳是初学者不可或缺的功法,训练稳步,练手法,调动全身,奠定进阶套路的根基。
步不稳则拳乱,步不快则拳无力。
记住拳有三平:

手随身动,步随身转。力。
拳先行,力后发。
循序渐进,方得太极真意。
