武当基本拳 – 根基之法,初学者必修

太极之道,根基为先。

武当基本拳是初学者不可或缺的功法,训练稳步,练手法,调动全身,奠定进阶套路的根基。

步不稳则拳乱,步不快则拳无力。

记住拳有三平:

腕平:

面平:

肩平:

手随身动,步随身转。力。

拳先行,力后发。

循序渐进,方得太极真意。

太极者,无极而生,阴阳之母也.动之则分,静之则合.无过不及,随屈就伸.

  1. 预备式 – Preparation Stance
  2. 起式 – Opening Form
  3. 马步冲拳 – Horse Stance with Punch
  4. 左右弓步冲拳 – Left & Right Bow Stance with Punch
  5. 提膝盘肘(左) – Raise Knee and Wrap Elbow (Left)
  6. 歇步右冲拳(右)– Resting Stance with Right Punch (Right)
  7. 转身还原(左)– Turn and Return to Original Position (Left)
