武当太乙五行气功源于武当山道家内修养生体系,根植于五行生克理论、仿生导引以及以气行身的修炼原则。此功法以五种象征性动物——鹤、龙、虎、蛇、龟——为引导,通过形、气、意的结合,带动身体、呼吸与心神的协调运作。
